I try to give that same freedom to our children – one of the most rewarding and beautiful challenges of parenthood.
Health and wawareness were woven into my upbringing. My parents explored yoga, astrology and Kabbalah, grew their own vegetables and herbs, and made oils and kombucha. For me, it was simply the way life worked – a lifestyle connecting body, mind and nature. Aspects of yoga were part of my daily routine from a young age, guided by my father’s teachings in posture and breath.
My journey naturally led me to sports and movement. Besides earning a Master’s in Physical Education, i pursued acrobatic gymnastics and later performance, discovering firsthand the powerful interplay between physical strength, mental focus and inner balance. This curiosity carried me further into the I Ching, yoga, Qigong, Taoism and a three year Shiatsu training.
Human Design brought all the pieces together. It offered not just a system, but a foundation. My design shows why family is so deeply rooted in me, why i flourish when i let life flow naturally, and why my strength lies in stability and support. It feels like the circle is complete – a way to honor my parents legacy while following my own path. Today, together with Thao, i bring this into DDAO – as both a foundation and an invitation for others to walk their own path.
